    • Prioritizing tasks based on a ‘gut feeling’ can be time consuming, inconsistent, and often counterproductive. Without the personal or collective experience to guide them through the process, many small business owners, new managers, and first time entrepreneurs make decisions driven by emotion rather than driven by data.
      This rarely ends well.
  • Find Solution
    • Quantify tasks with a simple, consistent process.
  • Build Solution
    • Combine existing decision platforms to find the most useful formula for ranking tasks.
    • Test formula against real word examples
    • Start work on MVP
  • MVP
    • Pick a platform or tech stack.
      • In this case, I picked Google Sheets with a Google Form. This will be the first of many iterations.
    • Design a formula or process.
      • I’ll start with several yes/no questions and the answers will be used to rank the Task in several existing prioritization methods.
