How to Block Unwanted Comments in WordPress Blog

I’ve been getting a lot of unwanted generic blog comments from a cryptocurrency and NFT pushing exchange called. If you are also the victim of one of these bullshit spam bots, here’s what to do…

In the WordPress Dashboard, look in the Comments section and find a word in the content, author name, URL, email, IP address, or browser’s user agent string that is unique to only the comments you want to block.

Then, under Settings / Discussion / Disallowed Comment Section, enter each word you want WordPress to use as a disqualifier for the comments.

And that should do it.
